My purchase didn’t unlock Pro

First, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used to purchase.

Then open Pill Proof and tap:

Settings → Restore Purchases

If Pro still does not unlock, contact support.
 

I got a new phone. How do I restore Pro?

Download Pill Proof on your new device and tap:

Settings → Restore Purchases

Your Pro access will restore automatically.
 

Is my medication data private?

Yes.

Your medication logs are stored locally on your device.

We do not have access to your medication records.
 

Can I edit dose logs?

No.

Dose logs are permanent to maintain accurate records.

If you made a mistake, you can delete the log and create a new one.
