Frequently Asked Questions
 
The tournament clock scan is not working
Make sure:

  • The tournament clock screen is clearly visible

  • The camera is steady when scanning

  • The screen text is well lit

If scanning does not detect the information, you can manually enter the tournament details.
 
My spot analysis is not loading
Try the following:

  • Restart the app

  • Check your internet connection

  • Update to the latest version of Poker Spot

If the problem continues, please contact support.
 
I purchased Poker Spot Pro but features are locked
If you have already subscribed to Poker Spot Pro, tap:
Restore Purchases
inside the app settings.
If the issue persists, contact support and include a screenshot of your purchase confirmation.
 
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your Apple ID

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select Poker Spot

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
     

How do the strategy suggestions work?
Poker Spot analyzes tournament data such as:

  • Blind levels

  • Stack size

  • Average stack

  • Table position

The app then generates strategy insights designed to help players better understand tournament situations.
