Poker Spot Terms of Use

Welcome to Poker Spot. By downloading, accessing, or using the Poker Spot mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service
Poker Spot is a mobile application designed to assist poker players by providing informational tools and analytical insights related to tournament poker situations.
The App may provide features including, but not limited to:

  • Tournament clock scanning

  • Stack size calculations

  • Strategy suggestions

  • Push/Fold recommendations

  • ICM pressure indicators

  • Tournament analysis tools

Poker Spot is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Poker involves risk and uncertainty.
The analysis, strategy suggestions, and insights provided by Poker Spot are algorithmic estimates and informational guidance only.
Poker Spot does not guarantee any results, winnings, or outcomes from using the App.
Users are solely responsible for their own decisions while playing poker.
Poker Spot and its creators shall not be responsible for any financial losses, gambling losses, or damages resulting from the use of the App.

3. Educational Use
Poker Spot is intended to function as a training and informational tool for poker players.
The App does not replace professional coaching, training, or independent decision-making.

4. User Responsibility
By using Poker Spot, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for all decisions made while using the App

  • You will comply with all rules of poker venues and tournaments

  • You will not use the App in violation of tournament rules where such tools are prohibited
     

Poker Spot does not monitor or enforce tournament regulations.

5. Subscriptions
Poker Spot may offer optional premium features through a subscription service known as Poker Spot Pro.
Premium features may include:

  • Unlimited spot analysis

  • Shove Mode

  • ICM Pressure Indicator

  • Stack Rank Estimator

  • Additional premium strategy tools

Subscriptions may be offered as:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Annual subscription

All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

6. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.

7. Free Features
Poker Spot may provide limited free usage of certain features (such as a limited number of scans or analyses).
Poker Spot reserves the right to modify or limit free features at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, design, graphics, and features within Poker Spot are owned by Poker Spot and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reverse engineer

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Sell

any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poker Spot and its creators shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Gambling losses

  • Tournament results

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
     

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Changes to the App
Poker Spot may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms
Poker Spot may update these Terms of Use periodically.
Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
